We are in the process of comparing Guerdon and Fuqua and are interested in any information available. We are thinking about setting it on a basement. Our insurance agent adviced us to consider a modular. He said that it would appreciate like a site built home and our insurance would be more reasonable. We have also been told that Fuqua is more willing to make floor plan changes than Guerdon. Does anyone have information on the price per square foot on top of the line homes in both Fuqua and Guerdon? Any information would appreciated!

Neither is very good, but Fuqua builds a heavier home. Youe insurance agent is right!
