older modular home

I am looking at a 15-20 year old modular in good shape. Are the older ones built well? Does the house have 6 inch walls. I have only seen the house once.The house has a full basement underneath that looks good as well.

Not required in any modular even today..best way to tell is to measure it..
This could well be a very good buy...Like the purchase of any 15 year old plus home the buyer should have a professional home inspector check it out..Good Luck
