Base prices

We called our dealership (Palm Harbor) to ask for base prices for a few floorplans, and they're going to "check with the factory and call us back" Does this mean that their base prices are standardized and we don't need to check with different dealerships?

In my experiences all base prices vary per manufacturer. This is a start for you and then you add in any options you want and compare to another manufacturer.
Good Luck!!

Oh, I meant different dealerships of the same manufacturer (Palm Harbor). In other words, it sounds like different Palm Harbor dealerships would offer the same base prices on the models, if they have to call the factory to get the quote.

Because building materials have been going up so quickly...prices have been changing lately on most homes...PH is no exception to this recent rule...The saleperson wants to offer you the very best price he/she can...but needs exact current info to do so...I hope you hear back soon..
