The model you mention here for others sake is a 3040 sq/ foot triple section home called the Gotham...Available in the SE..

This floor plan is built by more than 1 SE Palm Harbor plant...each has its own construction features and price range...

The least expensive will be built in the LaGrange, GA plant...it is a good home with competitive pricing and features...remember it is the only home in this price range with a 5 year factory warranty....The quality will be as high or higher than any other 3000+ square foot home you have seen...Boaz, GA and the NC plant build the next range up...with many more standard features and prices will be higher but the value is there..Again a factory 5 year warranty..

One thing for sure...Palm Harbor intends for all customers to be satisfied...they will do what it takes..

For those interested in the floor plan..

P.S.,,,if you REALLY want big..I have heard the NC plant builds a 2 story version of this floor plan...WOW
