Buying a repo?
Buying a repo?
I've read that you can get a good deal buying a repo MH. Does anyone know how to go about this and what kind of discount I can get? I am looking to move a MH to a lot I have in Oklahoma. Thanks. - Don
Re: Buying a repo?
It may or may not be true about savings...To buy a repo you can check with some national repo dealers listed on this site..
For instance...here is a lender with about 20 in OK

Just remember moving these homes will cost thousands..
Or check with local used home dealers in the area...Often they will take care of moving and set up..and help find finance..
Be aware though..seldom are large..quality homes ever reposessed...most are beginning quality smaller homes..often not in very good shape..That said..you should consider both new and used...
Good Luck
