Is it possible to negotiate price on manufactured homes with a MSRP listed?

You can negotiate anything if you have a willing seller. You would probably be better off to have them include options as part of the base price. I don't know what margins dealers work off of but after set up costs it is probably decent so they will probably have room to move all you can do is make an offer and see if it flys. There is a book on this site that explains a lot about getting the best price on a home and it would probably be worth the investment.
