The Manufactured Housing Forums

Looking for suggestions for who provides land/manufactured home/site construction loans. I have been preapproved for FHA, but my lender is unwilling to research to see if this type of package is available for FHA financing. I have read that it is if the home is on a foundation (which I plan to do if the loan is there).

There are many lenders who offer this package...try the links here to lenders...

Also check with your dealer..they almost always have knowledge of the best available finance in your area...

FHA is one of the biggest sources in the industry...They will NOT finance a used home that needs to be moved though..
