Small Manufactured Home

I would appreciate any info on smaller manufactured or mobile homes. I would prefer a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit.

You did not say where you are located. However, Patriot of Texas has an "Apartment Alternative" MH 1-bdr., 1-bth, w/ 680 sq. ft., model TB003 they call the Mesquite. You might want to check out the website of the Patriot Homes. Texas is just another one of their divisions. They have several in Indiana, Alabama and Missouri as well.
