Any info on the homes built in Chandler, Az. The company is Factory Home Expo. I have seen their website & am very impressed with all the info on it but the prices are about 30%-50% lower than what I have seen here in Northern Cal. Is it a quality issue? I am about 850 miles away & before I try to get down there to see them I wanted some imput from the people on this site. Can't get the old line my dad always preached about "If it sounds too good to be true....it probably is" out of my head.

No way you can compare anything any where in the US with the prices in CA..Every place is less expensive..

Now..every plant in an organization builds a different home..there might very well be differences in the models you are looking at...The best way to compare..is to compare other product..both quality and price..in the area you are going..check out other dealers in the area..Good Luck

I was hoping that might be the case......Sounds like it may be worth a couple of 'cheap seats' on Southwest Airlines to check things out. May end up that the freight up here in the mountains might be worth it too!
