I was just wondering if there is a certain time of the year that is best to buy a MH? Do they go on any sort of sale during the summer months or the end of the year to get ready for the next year?

The best time is as soon as possible...Most important is that interest rates are the lowest now...if they go up any..any savings waiting will disappear..

That said...model change time for new manufactured homes is July 1st..Often dealers will be looking to get rid of inventory to replace with new model years..

Also..some places there is an inventory tax..here in GA the county takes inventory on Jan 1 and taxes all homes on the sales center that day...it can save $500 in taxes to get it delivered before..most dealers would rather give it to you than the governement....You would have to check if there is such a thing in your state..
