add-ons to repo

I am looking at a double wide repo mobile home with a very low price. For all the repo owners, I was wondering if I am getting good financing ( 6.25%)? Also, I am wondering what additional costs there will be for moving it onto land, and setting it up. Do you have any recommendations, and is it worth it. Thanks.
