Hi guys, Just wanted to get your input on what kind of things should I look for upon my own inspection of my new mobile home. The set up will be completed by mid week (this week). I would love to hear some feed back on specefic areas to be mindful of when walking through the home.

Make sure the supports are in proper place under the home, including the perimeter supports (very important - Did you get a sheet showing where they should go?) I got screwed on this, and had to put in one on my own. Check cracks if its drywalled (sign of missing support). If its a dw, make sure the marriage line is level. Check siding, including if the bottom is secure. Check furnace and fireplace if chimney is installed (if you have 5/12 pitch roof). Above all, don't pay until you approve!
