Military, Looking at MH in WA

Hello,
My name is Ryan, & I am curently in El Paso, TX. I will be assigned to Fort Lewis, WA within the next year. My wife & I have been looking at purchasing a Manufactured Home and have not a clue when it comes to industry standards, price, site selection, etc., etc. Looking on-line, my wife found a floor-plan that we toured many years ago & immediately fell in love with the design. Can anyone recommend books, dealers, manufacturers, etc., for the Tacoma/Lower WA area?
Any experiences, recommendations, opinions are welcome & appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Before you make such a commitment, you need to ask a lot of questions of yourself with regards to your military career. Is Ft. Lewis going to be your final duty station before discharge? Is there a possibility that you might decide to reenlist? I understand your need to settle down and lay roots somewhere, but if your miltary career goes in a different direction than what is going on now, what will you do after you already made this commitment to setting up a home for your family?
