Need high quality custom home built - who to call?

I am in California and I Need a high quality custom home built 2x6 (code for snow loads, 60lbs/ft or something), excellent insulation, custom built to my specs and floor plan, high quality (built to last), good warranty - who do I call? Who are good manufacturers? Web sites?
