Good contractor in Oregon

Can anyone recommend a good contractor in the Salem Oregon area who is familar with Palm Harbor homes. I would like to get at least one quote outside the Palm Harbor quotes. I may be wanting to build a large pond at this same time and will have lots of fill dirt. I'm also in a 100 hundred year flood plain so anything I do or plan with the contractor will have to then be approved by and engineer in order for the county to approve permits.
