Is it better to have your driveway poured before moving the home on site, also
is it less expensive to have a garage or screen porch put on by independent
contractor rather than by the people you purchase the home from?

When we are doing the construction for a land/home package, the driveway is the last phase of the construction, however, you will need to provide proper access for the home to be placed in position on your property.

Unless your dealer is in the business of building garages, ect., you would be better off contracting with a company that is in that particular business
