1979 Homette?

I'm looking for information on a 1979 Homette. It appears to be in good condition although it definitely has the 70's look inside. It's also in an adult park where the amenities are really attractive for a single woman. Any thoughts on this?

I can tell you from my experience. I spent 3 months looking at these manufactured homes, and it would not be recommended that you buy ANY HOME pryor to 1986 because of the hud codes. All homes built pryor to 1986 are considered "trailer" expecially if it is a single wide!

Do not buy any one of these especially in the 70"s era because of the poor quality materials that were used. They do not have the 6" walls, nor are they insulated well. The floors are poorly built, and the roofs are not pitched right.
Hope this info helps ya. :+)
