How long does it take start to finish?

My husband and I are comtemplating buying a new manufactured home to put on our own land in another year or so. We will need to sell our older (2000) manufactured home which is located in a park first. I'm just wondering how long does it take once you have ordered your new home till you are able to move in? My main concern is that we will have no where to go once we sell our home and I can't imagine having to stay in a hotel (with 2 kids under 3) for two months or more. Our dealer mentioned she could help us sell our older home (at no cost as long as we buy our new home from them) and she could set up a "three way deal" for us, so I'm hoping that if she helps sell our home maybe our buyer would be willing to let us stay there will our house is ready.

I'm just wondering what others in this situation have done. We don't have any friends with enough room that we could move in with them temperarily so we would be kind of stuck!
