May I ask (and this might be a dumb question) how you were able to secure a loan through Colorado when you live in Montana?
I have taken your advice that you've posted on the board and we are applying for a USDA Rural Housing Development Loan. So far we've met the criteria and my husband was at the local office today picking up the books, etc."
Any other ideas/suggestions are certainly welcome!
