Financing in GA- Land and/or MH

My husband and I are moving to the Perry, GA area of the state. We want land to own horses. I have a fixed income(trust fund) of $592.00/ month, my husband just left the automotive industry where he was earning about $ 60,000.00. What are our chances of being able to finance land and a manufactured home to get started? We'll have an additional $450.00 per week for about a year. Can anyone help us?
