Can you tell me what is the difference between Wind Zones 2 and 3.

Should I get a OSB Wrap? I live in a WZ 3. I have heard different opinions. Someone says the OSB can cause moisture build up more that the other backboard sheating that some people use.

In most cases for manufacturers who usually build in the zone 2 and 3 areas...the difference is only in the anchoring system..

I would definitely get the OSB wrap...story sounds like a salesperson who cannot get OSB on his..

What is the big deal about OSB?

Does it cause moisture build up?

What about standard stuff they put on? Backboard/Blackboard is this durable?

Any idea how much extra OSB should cost??

How Long do you think a mobile home MIGHT LAST? Just asking opinion.
