You are very very knowledable as far as every question I have posted. I appreciate all of your imput. I would love it if you were selling houses here in Tampa Florida... Can you give me some buying tips as far as when we go in to the dealer and getting the best price... As far as that HOrton goes I have not ruled that one out... The price was 52k base and this did not include AC , Skirting , Delivery , and Set up... I know Horton is one of the BEST and 52k seems pretty good for a 2280 sq ft Horton... I know the AC unit cost was 2500 so how much for the rest would be reasonable...

Hard to say...I am not sure what you mean by the rest...

You have many good long time locally owned dealerships in your area...

The Stewarts have been in the business as a family for over 40 years...Jack Williams at AAA has been going forever...Kirt Gremil at Gremil Homes is a great guy...Some of my best friends (Bill Holland and Myron Preble) are at Riley Homes out East on 92 (I think Hillsboro past 301)...Stick with any of these and you cannot go wrong..

My son lives in Tampa...just graduated from University of Tampa..works there now and about to enter graduate school at University of South Florida....He might need some housing next June...will you have room for a 23 yr old who does not take care of his room and a is broke student????...smile..

With 2300 sq feet and a 12year old a 7 year old a newborn and an english mastiff... I don't think we would notice one more. (ha ha) Probably true...

What I meant by the rest Set up skirting and Delivery... I am going to check into making it a permenant foundation so we qualify for the government assistance... Which dealership does your son work at? Maybe we can go pay him a visit or call him and ask him what is the best deal he can get us on the particular home we are interested in... If you give me your email address or even your phone number I would love to chat with you for a bit this morning or something maybe you can help me out a bit... This is much more complicated than buying a regular house... Anyway maybe we can chat... Does your Son have a place to go go for thanksgiving dinner? Let me know... I would not mind at all having him over... One or two more if he has a girlfriend wont be any trouble... We have my wife and mother and father in law my sister in law and her husband two very good friends of ours and their children and some of my brother inlaws family... And I am not the type of person to say "oh yeah come on over" and hope to myself you decline...
