How do I find out what the factory invoice price is on a house?
I doubt you can...Your dealer might show you...but most will not...
Invoice is only 1 part of the costs that a dealer incurs...
There is skirting cost
set up cost..blocks..anchors..on and on
moving costs
a/c cost
site prep costs..
The list goes on and on..The only way to compare..is to be sure you compare EXACT homes from dealer to dealer..
