One More Question?

My wife and I have found several goverment Programs that would help ease the financial burdon of purchasing a home... These programs are not geared to mobile homes however they will do manufactures and modular... What is the difference between a Mobile and Manufactered house... WOuld the Horton we have been looking at be mobile or manufactured... Sorry for all the questions guys we are just trying to be smart about our purchase... You know silly little things like quality value thing like that...

Horton builds HUD coded homes and DCA modulars. The Horton you looked at may or may not be a modular, however, the sales person who showed you the home should be able to explain the difference between HUD coded and DCA, including the price difference.
