BonnaVilla in Denver, CO

We are thinking of purchasing a modular home to place on a piece of property in the Denver area and like the floor plan of a Golden Villa home by BonnaVilla. I see that they are not on your "Top 25" list. Do you know of them? A lot of their standard features are things we've been told to ask for. The plan I like is the same as a Silvercrest we looked at in California, but priced a lot lower. I haven't priced the Silvercrest in Denver, but have also been told a that modular is a better choice than a manufactured home. Is this true? Thanks for any help you can give.
