I'm considering the purchase of a Dutch 16' x 80' on a private lot (110 x 110) with city water and sewer. It is a 1997 with no enclosed porch or garage and a small deck. Still waiting for the owners to come through with an appraisal. Can you give me an idea $ value. They seem to think it appreciated in value and I was under the assumption that it would hold it's value but not really appreciate. Just found out about this site today. Appreciate any insight you can give me. Thanks.
