I am trying to sell my mobile home, I called Conseco, aka Greentree, and they are no longer financing mobile homes. Do you know of different companies that would finance mobile homes. Any help would be great.

21st Mortgage Corp. in TN. do manuf home loans. I live in Los Angeles, CA and I just purchased a manuf home through them. Interest rates are a bit high for manuf homes.

I was using a guy from Nova Home Loans...his name is Jesse Williams and he was great! The problem with MH financing is that Fannie Mae changed the regs in August so you can't get a 2nd. Try Jesse at Nova Home Loans...he was great!!!

I am afraid...Nova Star Mortgage has suspended new applications on manufactured home loans EXCEPT for FHA and VA deals...There are other lenders..
