Help finding an assessor

Hi everyone...this is my first post. My husband and I purchased a MH (Fleetwood) and a lot in a MH park. Escrow has not closed yet and we need to find an assessor who can accurately assess the home/land package. I live in San Marcos CA (San Diego County). Does anyone know if there are special assessors for this type of real estate? Any help would be great! Thanks!
