The Manufactured Housing Forums

We are looking at purchasing a manufactured home from another state. I am wondering if the prices that they have listed are negotiable at all. When we purchased our first home we made an offer and so am wondering if manufactured homes are also done this way or if you just have to pay what they quote. All of this is new to us!! Help and thanks for any input

Looking to purchase a new manufactured. Palm Harbor around 2000 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Already have property.
