Good news!

The Clayton corporate office called me this morning & I related my experience to them. (still no idea if that made any difference, it wasn't mentioned later) The manager at Stuarts Draft (Cindy Tomlin) has since called me, apologized and agreed to complete the sale at the agreed upon price. According to her they never sell the house this cheap in the first place and the setup will cost them a lot, but I am so pleased that they are following through with their promise. I guess yesterday they were just doing their job & bluffing me, & I'm not going to take it personally. We spoke about repairing the relationship and keeping things pleasant- let's hope it happens that way. Set another closing for Sat I will keep you posted. Did you call them..or did they just call you?...

As I said..every sale is very important to every company right now (should be all of the time)...I am glad to see that upper management is concerned about every customer...
