What are the important things to look for?

Hello all,
I'm glad I found this site. It's been very informative.
My GF and I are looking at a Redman Stonecrest 28x48 double wide to put on her land to use as a "camp" or vacation house.
What are some of the important things to look for in construction of this home? I know I want 2x6 16" on center walls, and floors. I think I want plywood flooring. It's got 25 yr fiberglass shingles, and vinyl thermopane windows.
So, structually it seems ok. What do I look for in electrical and plumbing stuff?
What if anything, do you all recommend for upgrades? We were thinking of the kitchen cabinets, and maybe some sheetrock in the living room and dining area.
We are at the information gathering stage, and I'm looking for ideas.

Thanks,
BillH

You can always upgrade from the standard features of the home. The question is, how often are you going to be in the home? If it is merely a vacation home, you might not want to spend a great deal on upgrades, usless you plan to make it your primary residence at some point in time. The only upgrade that you will always benefit from is having as much insulation in the home that is allowed.
