About to purchase

Hi all,
We are ready to retire in a couple of years. The one sure way we can afford to do so is to buy an affordable manufactured home. We flew to Florida and looked at several used homes and decided on a beautiful and obviously well maintained 1971 Schult Home. It is a double-wide set on a great canal lot in a 55+ community (not too large), within driving distance to all we should need. We plan to buy it outright and therefore only have to contend with site fees and a low tax rate after I stop working. We know absolutely nothing about manufactured holmes although I have been involved with the building trades all my life. If anyone out there has any info on Schult Homes they would like to share with us we would certainly appreciate it.
