Is there any MH dealers out there that don't have an arbitration clause? I have been looking for several months and have not found one. Some of them are so outrageous it's hard to imagine they ever make a sell. re; arbitrator of there choice,
filing fees of $1000 or more and inconveniant locations. How can anyone get a fair shake with these kind of rules.

You could try to negotiate that out. The market seems to me to be at the point where they might be amenable to that.

I doubt any will give up the arbitration clause of thier contract....unless they are about to file bankruptcy and know it does not matter in the long run...

Mediation and arbitration are now a fact of life....I doubt that there is any manufacturer who will sell without one..and most dealers will require them...BUT...if you have a telephone, bank account, loan, mortgage...the list goes on and on..If you refuse to sign any arbitration agreement you will not have a car..no services...hardly any new home...no warranties..

A better appraoch would be to reasearch the dealer...You should not have to use any arbitration or legal services is you do your homework...Good Luck
