Cost of Moving a Home

If a person finds a home to purchase from an individual instead of a dealer, what would be the approximate costs to move the house? I know they vary from person to person and different parts of the country, but Im just trying to get a rough wag of what it would be. I havent a clue where to even begin estimating the cost. Thanks.

Move and reset to code...single section about $ 2000...double section about $ 4500....

Remember skirting most likely will not be useful and need to be replaced..and if the a/c is an a/coil unit..It will require a professional a/c person to move and reinstall at about $400..
