Finding Mortgages Online

Post by kathy » Sun Jun 29, 2003 8:24 pm

Is it normal to apply for mortgages online for mobiles homes? I see so many ads for applying for mortgages online, I wonder if it is as safe and secure as going to your local bank or credit union to find a mortgage.

It has become "normal" to apply for all types of loans on line. Almost every major mortgage lender in the country has a web site and an on lone application process.

ManufacturedHomeLender.com offers a convenient way to comparison shop for a MH loan in a secure, pressure-free environment. You don't have to leave home, spend hours on the phone or jump through hoops to get the best rates, because they do all the legwork for you.
With ManufacturedHomeLender.com, you'll save time and money. You will discover which participating lenders offer the best programs and rates to meet your needs. Starting out with the right loan can add up to substantial savings over the years.

What's more, the service is easy to use, and it costs nothing to participate. Just take a few minutes now to complete the short questionnaire on their page. Then based on what you tell them, their lenders can find a loan that matches your needs. Within just 24 hours, your request for loan information can be answered by as many as a dozen participating manufactured housing finance companies

Hey...just wanted to tell you about the mortgage guy I'm using right now. My husband and I live in California and the mortgage company is in Arizona. We are currently in escrow on our home/land purchase and this guy has been great. His name is Jesse Williamson and he works for NOVA Home loans. I found him by requesting info on line, and I've been REALLY happy with him so far. I ask a TON of questions and he's really nice about being patient and explaing things.

You can reach him at [email protected] or if you'd like, I can get you his phone number...I don't have it right now. If you give him a call, tell him that Ellen from Escondido California told you about him.
