Foreclosures

I have been looking for a used manufactured home in the local newspaper and found that every home I have called about, is being sold by someone in the business of buying and selling foreclosed homes. Does anyone know how these people find these homes? Is there some list available? I would like to cut out the middle man to save some money.

Contact your local bank and/or credit unions, and ask for their collections department. They have lists of homes that are being foreclosed. They would be more than happy to give you any information you need.
