Buying a Used Manufactured Home

My husband and I are looking at a 1993 Oakwood 26x70 (a little over 1800 sq. feet). The folks are building a home and need it moved out of the way. They are asking $21,000 which we could probably get for $20,000. It is in great shape...only carpet and paint needed. We have looked at others much smaller and they seem to be around the same price. Can anyone tell me if this is a good price for this size and make...thanking you in advance!

Of course you will have to spend about $4500 to move it...Value is all in the eye of the beholder...Only you can shop locally and see what else is available in the local marketplace...

If you like it...can afford it...go for it..
