Reading Randy's books he says to upgrade the insulation. How much R value insulation can you put in a wall or floor without compacting the insulation so tight it's not effective? 2x6 walls

R-19 walls
R-28 floors is the most usually offered..
Roof should be at least R-30...33 to 38 is even better..
