Santa Fe flatter roofs

We are looking at a Schult territorial-style home but are a little concerned about how the flatter roof will hold up.

Now am hearing about a possible bankruptcy with Schult.

Any comments on the quality of the Schult Santa Fe style home (in AZ) would be most helpful.

Thanks, Karen

Karen,
Hello, Schult Homes is one of the finest homes in the Southwest in todays manufactured housing market. Schult has been building quality homes and the one that's in Buckeye, Arizona exceeds the HUD code. The SantaFe style home you seen actually has a pitched roof and the outside has a 4' high wall around the entire home giving it a flat roof look. The company is just doing fine at this time. They are shipping these homes into Durango and Denver, Colorado alot because they exceed the HUD code and can come in a modular or UBC coded home. Schults can do anything and have a long list of options to choose from.
Good luck!
