Actual cost.

Hi all,
How much does a mobile home really cost? Lets say a basic Fleetwood 3/2 doublewide. I understand that the costs will be a little different by location. I am in the Houston TX area. I'm just looking for a rough estimate. Thanks.

Boy...this is impossible to answer...even models of the same floor plan from the same plant can very by tens of thousands depending on the features you include...
A much better way to compare prices is to decide what you want in a home..then shop the exact model with a number of dealers...

$45,000 for a small one (probably 28x52 to 60), to $85,000 for a 32x80 with lots of upgrades, 4 BR, living room and den. Some can be up to 90-100 thousand, I understand.

YOU CAN GET A REPO FOR VERY LITTLE MONEY,OR MINE FOR 43863.00
3 BEDROOMS,2BATHROOMS, FIREPLACE 2 BACK DOORS AND FRONT DOOR IS OVAL GLASS. KITHCEN CEILING ALL LIGHTS UP. IT IS AWESOME.
