My husband and I purchased 4.5 acres of land and want to place a MH with a full basement on it this year and have looked at Hart Housing/Sweetheart homes.

Does anyone have any info as to whether this is a very good built home/construction etc?

I would REALLY like to know what are the top 10 picks for MH as far as construction, price, layouts etc...
