Homebuilders Northwest

We are looking at these homes in Salem Oregon. We are torn between them and Karsten. Any opinions on either of these homes?
We recently placed a Karsten triplewide on our land. I like the features for the price, they did a good job with the customizing. Most items were well-chosen, very good quality. Dimensionally not everything was perfect, but darn near.
