Great American Choice?

On the champion website they have a promotion where you get a "accessory package" if you buy a "american choice" home.
http://www.championhomes.net/site/promotion.asp
I searched through homes in my area but didn't see any called american choice. It says to type in your zip to find participating locations, and I found 3. But can it be any home or is there one actually called american choice?
Thanks!
( I was going to buy a champion anyway, so the package is a good bonus. I like the first package the best!)

Why do most MH's sit on the lots sideways? (Here in southern CA they do, anyway) I know a lot are because they can't fit, but some they CAN fit, so why would they put them sideways? Is there a minimum amount of space that has to be on the sides for work to be done? Im asking because the house Im looking at (Champion Infiniti 280) is 56' wide x 40' front to back, and the land I find may only be about 8000-12000 sq ft. would 3-5' be too small?
Thanks!!

I am a Champion dealer...the way I understand the promotion is that you can order this free feature on any home..Watch the slae dates though...If you are buying your property with a mortgage..time might run out before the sale ends...That is the problem with these short term plant sales....

Most high priced areas have lots with small amount of frontage to allow more lots per mile of road...
Most local governments have set back requirements...That is the minimum distance a building can be from the front, back and sides.....In my area normal restrictions would be 10 feet on the sides, 20 feet on the back and 45 feet on the front..You will have to check with your local building department about set backs and any other restictions that might be required..If the dealer is local...he should be aware of the rules as well....Some building departments will allow exceptions...but only after a public hearing for objections and a vote of the local county/city commission...This can take some time and have some very high fees attached...

Thank you for the information. I read the details and it said the house had to be purchased before April and the closing date had to be before Oct. I will ask about the set back distance requirements.

The Great American Choice program is only for certain models. Ask your dealer which models apply

Thats correct, only certain models within any given line of champion homes. That is a change over from last year where it included all their homes. Their doesn't seem to be any rime nor reason, as to which models they selected for the promotion either.
