Hi,
I am looking to buy a manufactured home for a 48 x91 lot in a park where you own the land. I have looked at many homes but is a much better pricing for an upgraded 1500 model that Silvercrest. I could not get any specific specs on the Fleetwood which worries me. What manufacturers do you recommend for a drywalled, energy efficient, beautiful home? Thanks

Hi, I live near OC and was wondering where you found a park that lets you own the land, I've been looking for one. Please let me know, thank you!

Cindy,

I will be honest. I heard of some horrier stories of fleetwood. I own a Manufactured home that has turned mold in less than five years old. The home had to be condemned by us and we fought with the manufacture and state for eight years. It was just three weeks ago we finnally got the state to agree with us. However I would never trust another manufactured home again. The manufacture saw the problem wrote up a false report and blamed the people who sold it to us. Ask for a list of their buyers and telephone numbers. Pick the buyers from thier file yourself as they will only give you names of people who do not have complaints.
