Any sources for financing for a 1968 mobile home on a lot in a park? I'm having a devil of a time helping a buyer of my home find financing, any help is much appreciated!!

1968 home on a rented lot....Im certainly no expert, but i can see that you might have trouble getting that financed...i would be curious as to the value/price being asked for the home.
