Schult Modular Homes

Hi:
Been lurking here for about a year and I am thankful for all of the information presented. We have been shopping and (sort of) decided on a Patriot Victorian (NR210) at 1352 sq ft. The home itself is priced at around $53000 and after setup, well, septic etc we are at $80000. Downside on this is that the dealer is about 200 miles away. The only local dealer within 100 miles is a Schult dealer. We have looked at their homes and they were OK, but the Patriot seemed better overall. We stopped again today at the Schult dealer because we saw something new - a Schult Modular (they said it fell under BOCA rules so it is a "true" modular). Has anybody had an experience with one of these? It was really a sharp house - drywall throughout, 2x10 floor joists etc. Kind of fell in the category of "everything you should want" according to Randy's book (which is awesome - thanks Randy). Downside on this one seems to be no appliances or furnace or water heater. The person that was at the dealer said that everything I saw came with it (appliances etc), but when I looked at the literature when I got home, it was not included, so I will have to call back. This was priced at $71000 at 1549 sq ft. Based on that price, we should be able to get a 1300 sq ft home for about $61000. Nice thing about the house was a 150ft roof load! Great for us up here in super snow country.
Well, if anyone has any info, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for all of the advice, folks.
