The Manufactured Housing Forums

We are considering purchasing a 1280 square foot MH, or a 1680 square foot MH to live in in Davenport, Iowa. We do not know anyone who lives in a Manufactured Home. We like it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Could someone who has a well insulated, 2000 or newer home, please let me know how much your Gas and Electric bills average per month in or around Iowa, and how many square feet your home has.
