Ritz-craft

In an effort to find a reasonably priced quality home, I happened on a
dealer that offers Ritz-Craft manufactured homes. Until now, I had narrowed my selection down to Titan and Fairmount Foxwood. With some upgrades both would
measure up to what I believe to be quality home.
To be frank, I had not heard of Ritz-craft and would be interested in some
feedback from the group. PS: Randy,....Ritz- craft didn't make your book as well.

I will soon be living in a Ritz-Craft home - one has been ordered. I went to the plant to see how they put these homes together, etc. I have a friend who now lives in a Ritz-Craft and loves the home. They did have a door that needed to be replaced that was damaged in transit, but other than that, they like their home and have had no problems. We will soon see how we like ours. Ritz-Craft does not have many plants. The one we dealt with was in P.A. We did go with many upgrades, and I know that thanks to this web site, I did get the moisture barrier wrap that goes between the vinyl siding and osb wrap - which did not cost much at all. Upgraded the truss system and floor system. Drywall is standard. You might want to go to the following site: www.ritz-craft.com. Look at the specs and products they offer. We are going with a Sterling Select - Gemini. Best of Luck to you in your choice. Kaye

Of the mfh I have seen, I know that the set up is very important - along with the final inspection.
