The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am in the process of getting a loan through FHA for a manufactured home. The loan officer tells me that I will need a private road maintenance agreement. There are about 15 other families that live on this road and none of them were required to get this agreement. Can anyone tell me what do I need to do to get this agreement? Thanks

This is a requirement of the FHA on any private road...whether it is a stick built or manufactured home..

The neighbors might have some other type of loan...
