No Room to Haggle with Tightwads

I need some advice. I've been talking to a certain dealership (don't want to mention which one) about buying a lot WHICH THEY OWN and which would obligate me to buy a manufactured home from them. This is a problem, though, because there are no models on their lot that really GRAB me, yet unrestricted land within a commutable-to-work area is so scarce, that I'm really going to HAVE to go with this arrangement if I want to do anything anytime soon. There IS one model that I could probably live with, but how do I get the dealer to come down a little off the price? It's not as if I can walk away and threaten to go to another dealer - I can't - so he really has me between a rock and a hard place. What really made me mad, though ---- I asked whether a mailbox was included in the deal and he said NO !!!! At first I thought he was kidding, but he wasn't. I can't believe these folks won't budge one dollar off the price of the house and then they don't even want to put up a mailbox. He DID relent a little later and said he would see what he could do, but it really did NOT sit well with me. But the big question is --- what, if anything, can I do to persuade Old Tightwad to knock a little off the price?
